programme and all players are expected to be available for all of the above

All
players and officials representing Hertfordshire Bowls are expected to adhere to
the dress code published in the handbook under match rules. |

Home matches |
|
|
|
|
Players
are expected to make their own arrangements for travel to Shire Park BC for home
matches and to be there in time for the team meeting. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Travel to away matches |
|
|
|
|
Travel
to away matches will be by coach and
all players and officials are expected to travel
on the
coach.
|
|
|
|
|
On
4th June 2011
the
coach will
depart from Hatfield BC at 1100hrs and Royston BC at 1145hrs.
|
|
|
|
|
Players are to advise pickup point to match officer and requests for additional
seats/meals (Partners/friends) asap.
Please
be advised that there is
no
parking
at the
clubs being used as pick-up points without permission. You are requested to make
your own
|
|
|
|
|
arrangements re-parking of private vehicles. There is ample parking in close
vicinity of the clubs.
|
|
|
|
|
The
coach will leave Cambridge for the return journey after the post match meal and
will be advised on the day. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Catering |
|
|
|
|
Players
& officials are advised to bring lunch with them for consumption on the bus or
arrival at the club and at least an hour before commencement
|
|
|
|
|
of play
at 2pm. A post match meal will be provided by the host club after the match and
all players and officials are expected to be in attendance. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Team Meeting |
|
|
|
|
There
will be a team meeting for all players in the squad and officials before all
matches at 1330hrs at the host club at a suitable point at the club.
|
|
|
|
|
All
should be ready for the meeting at this time. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Match Day |
|
|
|
|
All
players are advised to be prepared for all kinds of weather on the day and
should have the necessary shoes, clothing, (whites and County shirts
|
|
|
|
|
and
white waterproofs), medication, food/drinks/water that they require when playing
the match. Those players not selected to play will be allocated
|
|
|
|
|
a rink
and will be the support for that particular rink on the day as well as other
team duties which will be advised on the day. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
