A one day course run under the guidance of the Umpires Association. |

This 1 day course will benefit both men & lady bowlers to appreciate the importance of officiating a singles match at club level. |
|
|
It will give insight into the relevant laws pertaining to marking a singles game as well as instruction on the practical side of marking. |

FORMAT |
|

The first session is an appreciation of the relevant laws pertaining to the marking of a singles match. |
|
|
Lasting approximately 2 hours we run it in a light hearted way in the form of a quiz. |
|
|
The 2nd session is a demonstration of measuring techniques together with hints & tips on time management when marking a match. |
|
|
Duration approximately 2 hours. |
